After a botched attempt at purchasing my first home where the realtor I was using disappeared on me, I was feeling a little leery about working with another realtor to try again, but from the beginning Lauren was simply amazing. We met over coffee after I had just signed a year lease on my apartment, and she got all the info on what I was looking for and promised she’d call me at the beginning of the year (6 months after that coffee date). Sure enough, first week of January of this year she called me up and we started what turned out to be a long journey to find my perfect home.
I had specific needs, like a place that allowed for backyard chickens, and Lauren tirelessly searched and refined and researched for me until we ran across this new development in Aubrey. I fell in love with the house, and upon finding out they had no HOA (and therefore chickens are allowed!) we jumped at the chance to have my first home be a new build.
Over this 5 month process Lauren was always my advocate and kept the pressure on the builder to give us updates, negotiate options, and deliver on all my expectations and I will forever be grateful that I had her in my corner, especially as a first time buyer with no idea what to look for or ask about. She was with me every single step of the way, and we became friends as you can imagine over such a long period of time.
